Claire also incorporates mind-body-spirit approaches to healing from the inside out, to help individuals and couples nurture the deeper wisdom of the Self, and improve their relationships with themselves and others. She believes in integrating somatic approaches with talk therapy to accelerate change and healing.
Claire received her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University. She also holds a BA in Counseling, and a Master of Arts in Communicative Disorders. Claire has been trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). In addition, she is Level 1 EMDR trained, and Certified by Kundalini Research Institute as a Level 1 Kundalini YogaTeacher.
